ALPHARETTA, GA | April 14, 2026 – bolt, the insurtech with the world’s largest technology-enabled insurance exchange, today announced its partnership with Associated Carrier Group (ACG), a consortium of regional wireless carriers and resellers across the United States, to deliver device protection to ACG’s member carriers and their combined subscriber base.
The agreement enables ACG’s member carriers — spanning Tier 2 and Tier 3 mobile network operators and resellers across markets throughout the U.S. — to offer bolt’s comprehensive device protection products to their subscribers. Coverage includes protection against loss, theft, accidental damage, and mechanical breakdown, delivered through bolt’s all digital claims experience.
The partnership represents a significant milestone in bolt’s continued expansion across the U.S. wireless market. With ACG’s member base collectively representing more than two million wireless subscribers, the partnership substantially extends the reach of bolt’s device protection offering across these critical but often underserved regional markets.
“With the cost and complexity of today’s smartphones, device protection is an essential service a carrier can offer its subscribers, and it’s historically been a category where smaller regional carriers have had fewer options,” said Russ Lipinski, President of Associated Carrier Group. “Partnering with bolt gives our member carriers access to a best-in-class device protection platform that is both flexible and purpose-built for this market. This is exactly the kind of strategic benefit that ACG exists to deliver for its members.”
“Regional carriers are the backbone of wireless connectivity for millions of Americans, and they deserve the same world-class device protection solutions that larger operators have long taken for granted,” said Clay Bodnarek, EVP of Alternative Distribution. “ACG has built an extraordinary consortium that gives its members real leverage in the market, and we are proud to bring bolt’s protection capabilities to that network. This partnership is about making device protection simple, affordable, and accessible — regardless of which regional carrier a subscriber chooses.”
